In the rare event if you received a product that is not of the advertised specification, please contact Compuworld for a return. A credit or refund will only be issued if the product is deemed to have been advertised incorrectly and the product is returned in original condition within 7 days of purchase. All pricing are subjected to change without notice. Compuworld reserves the right to cancel any order / backorder due to availability of stock or error with pricing. Stock Level:
Stock Qty on our website are physical stock that are available in our warehouse at the time of data upload. These data are updated twice daily and we have new shipment of goods arriving everyday. We always attempt to keep the stock level as accurate as possible and you will be contacted in the event of any product being not available from your order.

Warranty:
All products carries the standard Manufacturer's warranty. Please refer to your account manager or the Manufacturer for more details. Unless otherwise specified, all products comes with a standard 12 months return to base warranty.
An invoice must be presented when returning any defective product for warranty. Compuworld reserve the right to refuse any warranty claim if no invoice is provided.
